If you experience any issues due to defects in materials and workmanship, we’ll either repair or replace your product. Your chair is meant to be used in daily life, so if your chair, for some reason fails during everyday use, you can reach out to us, and we’ll make it right. It is truly important that you're happy with your INNOVATIVE EARTH PRODUCTS, INC experience.

It is critical that your item(s) are always used appropriately and for its intended purpose, as this will ensure the longevity of your product. If it is found through testing that the product was not used for its intended purpose, warranty will be voided.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY COSTS REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1. Blemishes or aesthetic damage from normal wear and tear.
2. Damage due to impact, loss or theft.
3. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.
4. Any damages that may arise after any unauthorized work is attempted.
5. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

This warranty applies only to purchases directly from the INNOVATIVE EARTH PRODUCTS, INC website or a INNOVATIVE EARTH PRODUCTS, INC Authorized Dealer. If purchase order number is not available from the INNOVATIVE EARTH PRODUCTS, INC website, then a proof of purchase will be required.
